Hey, Hey! I'm Ryuu, and I'm a VArtist and beginning L2D Rigger. I tend to be more active on discord and twitter, so don't be shy to say hey. I do a little OC work, but mostly it's fandom work like RGG / OP / FFXIV or simp art. I have recently started doing comms for Vtubers such as art and rigging.

Terms of Service

As the original artist I retain the right to refuse orders and request take downs of my art if I feel it is being used incorrectly. The misuse of art or breaking of TOS will result in a ban from future orders. Turnaround of 1-4 months. I have the right to decline any commissions I feel uncomfortable doing or feel unable to pull off. For illustrations or general artwork, your character must have an existing design/visual reference(s).PAYMENT
All payments are made via paypal invoices. Do not send money without getting an invoice from me first. All payments must be made prior to me starting work. Either 50% or 100% upfront unless we agreed upon a payment plan. I may charge extra for detailed designs. Payment plans are available for commissions higher than 1000 USD.CHARGRBACKS & REFUNDS
I do not allow any chargebacks under any circumstances any attempts to chargeback purposefully withholding for self-gain will result in a permanent blacklist from future commissions. I will refund the money to the client if I have not started working on the commission yet, or if I can not deliver the finished product for whatever reason. I retain the right to resell any design I create if the client fails to pay for the commission or ghosts me after completion.COPYRIGHT AND CREDITING
The client is responsible of making sure they hold the rights of ownership of their characters. Meaning the client will not use stolen characters or designs to commission me. I reserve the right to post my work on social media with credits to the client. The client has to credit me and link back to my twitter as the artist in case the client posts my work publicly. The client is responsible to credit me and link back to my twitter as their live2d artist/rigger in their twitter or twitch bio.COMMERCIAL USAGE
PERSONAL USE ONLY. Commissions used for commercial purposes such as: Merch, PR on every SNS or medial social etc. If you intend to use my art to earn money in anyway will incur a commercial fee. This price cannot be negotiated. Do not repost, use, or trace any WIPs sent to you without my permission. You cannot post the design or art on any social media platforms if the work is incomplete. Custom designs must retain original credit to me even if redesigned or altered. Do NOT recolor or heavily edit my art without permission, this included "finishing" or coloring WIPs or black and white commissions.All Live2D commissions come with commercial licenses. Any commissions that do not come with a commercial license are forbidden to be used commercially, meaning the client is not allowed to reproduce and sell my artwork, or use it on websites to advertise yourself for profit (eg. YouTube, Twitch, Patreon etc.) A commercial license can be purchased and is usually x2 the original price, but may change depending on the circumstances. Even after receiving a commercial license to my artwork, I still retain all rights to my work and am allowed to post it on my social media to advertise myself and the client still has to credit me for it.NON DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT (NDA)
I retain the right to post any commission I work on on social media, unless the client wishes to pay an NDA fee. Meaning I will refrain from posting anything about the client's commission until after their debut or until the client gives me their ok. The client still needs to credit me for my work even with a NDA license purchased.REVISIONS
As the client you are able to request up to 3 minor alterations, any additional changes after the sketch has been approved will incur additional fees ($20) for the additional time.
